Internet Failover Not Working
troubleshooting

My Ring Alarm Pro does not failover when the internet is down. I've purchased the extended data plan. I've checked with EERO support and they say everything is set up correctly. The only notice I receive is that the alarm is working on cellular backup, nothing about internet backup. I'm getting 3 bars on the Pro, per the app. Any ideas?

      Hi @user_411bff. Are you referring to the 24/7 Backup Internet? This feature requires an active Ring Home Premium plan. Is your subscription active? We have more information about Backup Internet here https://ring.com/support/articles/vj93m/247-Backup-Internet-and-Extra-Data.
