Contact Sensor 2nd Gen Issue

Our contact sensor on the front door says door opened all the time. I have removed it twice; done the factory reset twice; Tried holding the button down for 3 seconds and replaced battery as well. The same issue still occured. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Hi @user_da3fee. Changing the battery and resetting the Contact Sensor are good troubleshooting steps to take. Make sure you have both pieces of the Contact Sensor close to each the Base Station, and ensure the sensor and magnet are aligned. If the Contact Sensor is still not registering as closed, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
