I have created two schedules One for away and one for disarm Neither of them triggers and changes the mode. Is there a solution for this?

    Hi @user42451. Make sure you have an active Ring Protect subscription and follow the steps listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060532451-How-to-Arm-and-Disarm-Ring-Alarm-with-Mode-Schedules). If you have any existing schedules in place already, delete them and start fresh with a new Mode Schedule instead.
