Solar security yard sign faded out

Hi, I have 2 solar yard signs, one is 4 years old which has completely faded out (see attached photo below) and the other one is less than 3 years old already started fading. I wonder if that's under your expectations? They are not cheap as compared to a steel yard sign which would last much longer than 4 years. They looked very attractive in my yard at very beginning, now they became ugly. I have over 30 ring devices at home (indoors and outdoors), I have been happy with them mostly. But the solar yard signs are an exception that I feel are not worth to invest if you have to refresh them every a few years.
