Solar panels stop working

Suddenly my solar panels are not working. They have been cleaned and they don’t work. Plenty of sun it’s been 114 here. Why is this happening. Very unhappy with ring products, it’s either the recording is starting too late or not starting at all, and now solar panels. Ridiculous my products are only a few months old.

Hi @4Law. Can you clarify what you mean when you say that the Solar Panels are not working? Which Ring device do you have, and what part of the Solar Panel is not working? With a little more information, another member of the Community or a member of our team can try and offer some helpful suggestions. :)
