Ring Chime not resetting

My chime stopped working. It is still in the app. I have changed plug socket. When I plug in it flashes green briefly then nothing I have pressed the side button of 15 seconds and waited. Nothing. I pressed and held for a minute and waited. Nothing I left unplugged for an hour and repeated. Nothing Tried to set up as new. No joy Any help please
