Ring Chime Chime Pro connected but no sound and app alerts not working

All of a sudden my Ring Chime Pro has stopped working. The notification on my phone has stopped too. When I press the doorbell outside it works there. The Ring Chime is powered up and the blue light is glowing. In the Ring app settings, the signal strength is good and it's connected to the same wi-fi as the doorbell. The device health for the Ring Door bell and the Ring Chime Pro are both healthy. Any tips on getting this to work again? Thanks :)
