Record even when schedule is set Spotlight Cam
troubleshooting

I have a schedule set to not receive notifications when I am sleeping at night, but I still need motion recorded for security reasons. I currently use a Spotlight Cam but will be changing to a doorbell. I also pay for a plan but not the one that records constantly. I have tried for AGES to get through to someone on the chat on the website but I cannot get past the annoying Bot! How do I ensure the system records motion when the schedule at night is on?

Hi @user_f088e9. Using Motion Schedules will stop alerts but not stop recordings. You do not have to worry about it not recording because of activating Motion Schedules

Modes - VERY confusing. No idea if a mode is set and nothing to tell me if it is. Also nothing which directs me to what I need - to always record when schedules are set.  As a new customer I am not impressed...

Hi @user_f088e9. If you have a schedule in place, your cameras will still record, you will just not be notified. These schedules only pause notifications, not recordings. To test this, walk in front of one of your cameras on a schedule for a few minutes to trigger a recording. Once the recording has
