my ring stopped working on my iphone

all of a sudden ring just stopped working on my phone. i am not getting any sound or alerts and i am getting this error mesg attached.

    Hi @AndreaBruno! This message can appear for a few reasons, but is most often related to a Chime setting change, such as Chime tones. It is best to ensure wifi signal is optimal when changing settings or in the case of a device update. I recommend moving this Chime closer to the Router to see if this improves connection and functionality. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device is always a great step as well.
