It’s not online. I tried everything to connect it with the WiFi but front light on the chime doesn’t flash. tried to reset it, didn’t work. removed it from the power and reconnected after a while but no change. I am unable to connect it to the WiFi.

Hi @tapasha2. If your Chime is unresponsive and neither changing where it is plugged in nor a factory reset is helping, give our support team a call for further assistance.
