Chime sounds only once

I setup my Ring Chime and while it works whenever the Ring doorbell is rang, it only sounds once and then completely stops. Even if someone presses the Ring doorbell a second time, the Chime will not sound again. Am I doing something wrong? How can I setup my Ring Chime to sound everytime someone presses the doorbell and how can I set my chosen chime sound to play more than once whenever the Ring doorbell is pressed?
