Chime Pro not ringing and cannot test sounds on APP
I have a Ring door bell and chime pro which was working correctly. recently, I noticed that only the ring doorbell was ring when used and that the chime was silent. I checked the app settings and the chime is linked to the doorbell and both notification sounds are ticked as active. I have switched off the WIFI router, reloaded the app, reset both the doorbell and chime pro. The APP says both items are working fine and no issues. However, no matter what I do I cannot get the chime to both test chimes or make noise when the door bell is used. Please help!

Hi @preynol1. If your Chime Pro is no longer chiming when your Video Doorbell is rung, you can try these troubleshooting steps. You can first power cycle the Chime Pro by unplugging it for a minute and plugging it back into a different outlet. When you reset the Chime Pro, make sure you press and hold the reset button on the right side for 20–25 seconds and then follow with a [reconnection to wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048673232-Troubleshooting-Your-Ring-Chime-Pro-2nd-generation-and-Understanding-Light-Patterns#Not%20getting_any_ringtone_sound_when_a_notification_comes_in) as it will be offline from the factory reset. When you test the Chime sound in the Chime settings, there is a volume bar as well. You want to make sure that is set to max.
