Chime Pro doesn't connect to wifi

We changed ISP and I am trying to reconnect the chime Pro (model 2) and my ring cameras to the new network. I follow instructions and manage to connect to the WiFi network, albeit briefly, then it says "Connected to WiFi but not the internet". I notice the chime flashes organe and then prompts me to retry the process again. Any tips?

    Hi @user67445. For your concern, try the following steps: - Factory reset your Chime Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. We also have this Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-What-Ports-Do-I-Need-to-Open-in-My-Firewall-for-Ring-Doorbells-and-Chimes-) with the recommended router settings your router needs for Ring devices to connect and work correctly.
