Chime Not Connecting Properly
I'm trying to connect my chime to my doorbell and it just isn't happening. Green flashing light - yep Connect through Ring Wifi - yep Sometimes we get past "chime is talking to doorbell" Then "hmm, something went wrong" and i'm back at square ruddy one. I'm ready to send the blasted thing back.

NOthing working. On the screen that says plug into an electrical socket, it says "has this chime been set up... "but the continue button covered whatever else it is saying.

Hi @DisheartenedOne. I would try to reset your Chime. You can do this buy pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Allow 1 minute for your Chime to reset. Next, check to make sure your Ring app is up to date and your permissions are allowed on your mobile. This should allow you to setup the Chime successfully.
