Chime 2 pro connected to wifi but no interneta

As with other members - my chime2 pro’s (both of them) went offline and every attempt i have made since (probably in excess of 20 times) to reconnect has resulted in “connected to wifi but no internet is available”. I have tried 2.4ghz only, hotspot off my phone, hard resets and all fail with the same issue. My chime and doorbell are happily connected to the wifi and internet so there is no issue with that. Need some help please from Ring support as this is now super frustrating.

    Hi @Pamps. Ensure both the Ring app and your phone’s operating software are fully updated. You can read more about the Ring app and mobile device compatibility [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App). When you reset your Chime Pro, make sure you're holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. After that’s done, complete a new setup once more using the steps under Set Up a Device to check the connection.
