Can't set up a Chime Pro 2nd Gen - Wifi signal issue
So, I recently purchased Ring Doorbell 3 and Chime Pro. Doorbell was successfully connected but I can't connect Chime Pro 2nd Gen to my Wifi network. I replaced the first one and got the 2nd one but it's same. I'm using mesh Wifi network, and all other devices (laptop, phone, etc.) are working well. I also tried to put wifi router very close to the Chime Pro but it keeps saying wifi signal is poor. My router, Chime Pro and the doorbell is lined up without any obstacles, and I don't know how to solve the issue. IS it worth to request installation service?

I found out reading 3 year old messages that you haven't fixed a problem in your Chime Pro software that prevents people with an apostrophe in their wi-fi network name from connecting. I returned 2 units and wore out multiple Tech support agents trying to install the chime (doorbell worked fine). I think you should pass this "tidbit" on to the support team as an early step to this problem and everybody's time.

Hi @hs46mj. Have you tried setting this up using a different phone or tablet? Sometimes, using a different phone or tablet will allow the Chime Pro to connect to wifi. If you still have a problem connecting, you can reach out to our support team for the next best steps. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
