Cannot reconnect chime to wifi

I originally had a single chime that was able to connect to my router and mesh system with no problem. Recently got fibre to the premise installed which allowed me to get faster internet but now the chime does not want to connect to the same network again. Bought another chime as I did need it in another spot and that one connected flawlessly. I have tried different frequencies on my router and reset it many times but still cannot connect the original chime.
