Doorbell pro 2 and pro power kit v3

Question

Just trying to install this.   I have 19v at the transformer.  Installed pro power kit v3 which came with the doorbell.   No power at all to the video doorbell.  No spinning light at setup, nothing.   Removed the pro power kit v3.  Still nothing at the video doorbell.   Found a video about trying the bypass ports on the pro power kit device, but this one does not have bypass ports.  I guess they are only on the v2?   So what's going on here?

Hi @rayd. What is the voltage rating for your transformer? What is the make and model of your Chime kit? What gauge wire is in this circuit?
