2nd gen chime WiFi extender
troubleshooting
This will not connect to my internet, keeps saying something wrong with my internet connection but all my other ring devices are working fine. It was working fine for a while when I first purchased it but now it won’t connect no matter what.

Hi @user_76ca09. I suggest trying the following steps for your concern: - Reboot your router. -Factory reset your Chime by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. - Try setting up the Chime in the same room as router. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
