Very Disappointed With Ring

At 10pm last night and unknown male along with others started banging on our door in a very threatening manner, and ringing the bell, we seen the person hid their face. Obviously we secured protection and then the subjects ran away, we notified police and used our Ring community alert for first time. I will tell Ring whoever is making the reviews on your notifications needs to be fired as they thought nothing was worth us notifying the other neighbors. We are elderly and this type of actions could easily give someone a heart attack. Ring you might think this was not worth notifying our neighbors but I say shame on you, and shame on Ring for hiring you.Then try and contact Ring to no avail, as others have said waiting on phones speaking to agents you cannot understand, I have always spoke highly of Ring but their actions last night and today are so shameful and not what I expected out of Ring.
