Rejections of legitimate Posts!!

Question

I want to know why my posts keep getting rejected? I don't sugar coat anything and I am getting tired of using a system that does not work for me! Any agency that cannot be reached directly is like dealing with the Wizard of Oz. It must be nice to not have to deal directly with people!!

Hi @user_cc7875. If you're referring to posts on the Neighbors app, we do not handle the moderation of those posts. You can reference the Neighbors by Ring Community Guidelines here: https://ring.com/support/articles/q2p3w/Neighbors-by-Ring-Community-Guidelines. If your post does not meet those guidelines, it may be denied or removed. When that happens, you should receive an email, which you can reply to for more information on why your post was denied or removed.

I agree. I have posted several incidents that I have been a witness to and yet the Ring moderators have have blocked my factual post. If this continues how useless purchasing their products is and I would be more than willing to let the consumer world know how utterly useless their forum is.
