Holiday Promotions Complaint

Ring is promoting holiday deals they can't fulfill - not a good look. I ordered a gift ring camera on Dec 14th for my mom. Still not shipped on the 18th. Now due to arrive 28th. Customer service worse than useless simply blamed it on high demand, wouldn't pass on to a supervisor etc. It was so bad I had to copy the transcript but of course ring don't have a complaint email to send it to!  Whats worse their landing page is still showing the promo Up to 50% off Holiday Sale. Unwrap last minute deals on select devices. How can they be promoting holiday deals when they already are 4 days late on orders placed 4 days ago??
