Distance from Camera

I have had a Ring Doorbell installed recently. I have read that the distance from the doorbell could be up to 30 feet. Is this correct because my camera only shows an image when the person is approx 3 yards from the camera. I would like to see the person further back from the camera. I have made all the other adjustments like motion sensitivity but doesn't seem to help. Can anyone suggest something else.

Hi @user_e644af. The distance a Doorbell can detect motion depends on various factors like placement, surroundings and Motion Settings. Are you able to share a screenshot of the view for your Doorbell?
