Trouble With Verification When Logging In
troubleshooting
I’m using my friends phone to write this community post. I’m having trouble logging into my ring account. Something happened with my phone company and I now have a new number. So now my ring account won’t let me login because it’s send my verification code to my old phone number. I do have access to my email that is associated with the account. Any help trying to login?
