Suspicious Email from Ring QA?

Hi all - this week I received an email from “Ring QA” (email: XXXX@XXX.com). Email seemed to indicate I had devices offline (I don’t) but also that my protect plan wouldn’t renew (but with missing dates). Seemed shady so just trying to understand why I received this & if it’s legit. Screenshot posted below
