I just have to put this out there. Ring cameras tend to work well. When I bought mine a couple of years ago, they had fabulous support. Now that support is TOTALLY NONEXISTENT. Why? Let me guess. Money. You make more money for your stockholders by totally cutting support? Makes me ill.

Attached is a screenshot I took a while ago to talk to, anyone, about a keypad that no longer makes sound. I am now at 1 hour and 24 minutes, still on hold. Haven't spoken to a single human.Tried emailing, got a message saying email is not monitored.Tried chatting, RMA can't be done over chat.
