Shared User Invitation Generates a "Not Acceptable" Response

I'm trying to add my wife as a shared user to my Ring.com account.  She receives the invitation on her iPhone alright, but when she taps on the Manage Access button she gets a "not acceptable" response.   Can't find a solution online, and I'm trapped in Ring's phone tree loop. Anyone else run into this? Thanks, Bruce

    Hi @user_65e30b. Try deleting the Shared User invite completely, then sending a new one. Make sure the email address you're sending it to is the same email address she used to create her Ring account. When she accepts the Shared User invitation, have her do so from a desktop or laptop computer instead of a phone.
