Shared Account

My wife and I share an account that I set up. I added two cameras to the network. She, on her shared account, cannot see the new cameras. How do I fix this?

    Hi @Rickles. I would first make sure the Shared User has access to all the devices. You can do that by following the steps listed in the Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246472-Shared-Users-and-Alexa). Next, check to make sure you are on the correct location. Do this by tapping on the Menu and then the Location at the top of the screen.
