Ring's Order History Page
How do I review the Ring products I just ordered? I found this page: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002619306-Finding-Out-the-Status-of-My-Order But the following link gives me a 404 error: https://account.ring.com/account/orders Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. My unsolicited advice is to offer a link from the shopping cart page.

I am having the same problem - order history is blank. I used the correct email (I knows this because they emailed me my order status). Yet - no order history. Ring customer service has no idea why or what to do.

Hi neighbors. You should be able to view any orders you placed on Ring.com as long as you are logged into your Ring account, and it's the same account the order was placed under. Ensure your web browser is fully updated as well. If you placed an order for Ring devices on Amazon.com, you'll need to check your order history there. Hello, Sorry for stepping in here but do you actually see your Order History when you go to the Order History Page? I have placed 3 separate orders and none of them are in my Order History Page
