Ring Protect Basic Cancellation
I received a notice that my Protet Basic Plan had been cancelled and I will get a refund. I did not cancel the plan but do have the plus plan for all my devices. I assume the cancellation is because I upgraded but that is not clear in the message I received. Is that the case?

Good question @wrkeen! If you've upgraded your plan, then you will indeed receive a refund for the remainder of the Basic Protect Plan. Our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Upgrading-Changing-or-Canceling-your-Ring-Protect-Plan) will mention this and more regarding upgrading plans. I hope this helps! :)
