Ring not accepting my card for payment.
I wanted to have the basic package for my ring 2 but every time I’ve put in my debit card details it has been refused and I’m asked to use another method of payment which I don’t have I have approached my bank and they have said that there’s no problem with my debit card so I don’t know what to do. I have now a very expensive doorbell. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

I’ve been in touch with customer support but I’m afraid this will be the third time I’ve done this and still got no where.
