Ring has POOR Service on Order follow-up

Ring shipped my order and marked it complete, but piece were missing from the order. Ring does not follow up with a tracking number for all pieces coming in separate shipments. Ring does not update your Order history with all tracking number or subsequent shipment relating to the same order. Ring has not sent my Ring DoorBell Pro and will not respond with an answer on a resolution. I have called ring support 4 times and all they tell me is it has been escalated. No one has contacted me yet with a status on my DoorBell Pro.

I would suggest following up with our support team once more and letting them know you have called about this before and you're still waiting for an update on your order.
