Receiving a "not acceptable" error when I try to logon to Ring
Hello! I was trying to log on to Ring, from the home page, but when I do I get a " not acceptable" error message. I'm using the Brave browser, but this also happens when using Edge. To be honest, I'm not sure I have an account at Ring as I've never logged on to it. However, I do have a community logon account -- So, I had obviously set something up when I first got my Ring camera. What I'm looking for are answers for a couple of things: 1. How do I logon to Ring and not get the "not acceptable" error? 2. Is it possible to monitor your Ring cameras from the web; like, from the Ring website? If so, how is this done? I think that's about it for now. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide. -Pat

If you are using a VPN, try temporarily disconnecting it. That did it for me.

Hi @loki999. Yes, you can monitor your Ring account on the Ring website. To correct this error, try using a browser on your phone that's not connected to WiFi. You can also try an incognito browser. Lastly, try clearing the cache and cookies for your browser. Let me know if this helps.
