Phone can't open file
Hi, I can't seem to download my ring files. When selected it begins download but when I click on the file I get 'can't open file' even though it has downloaded as an MP4. I have tried clearing cache data, uninstalling and restarting my Android but no luck. Any other options? Thanks

Hi I have had the same problem. And now works. Android is a little werid..it would recognise the file either because it cant understand the file path. I went to internal storage and than downloads. I was than able to click the downladed ring file and it asked me which app i would like to use to view. All sorted now. Blood annoying android. Let me know if this helps.

Literally have had the same problem for months. Customer support has not been able to help. It is the reason I paid for their service.
