Onsite technical assistance needed in Melbourne Australia.
Just spent 50 minutes on phone support, to get to a point where an onsite tech is required. The numbers provided were for America. When I asked for Australian companies/numbers to call, they eventually came back with Australian numbers that either werent connected or went to another company that was unrelated and both numbers were interstate. Issue: Last night the chime Pro a/c socket was switched off. But has since been switched back on. 3 out of 4 other ring devices were connected to the chime pro. But since switching back on, can't get Chime Pro to reconnect, even after factory default reset. Have tried switching all other Ring devices to run off home network, rather than the Chime Pro, but they're all failing to connect to home network, stating poor network make sure your device is close to router etc. Now all but one device are not connecting and offline. I have internet. Have other devices (work and personal laptop) connected and working per normal. Tried resetting modem – no change. Ring devices only a metre from router. Tried removing Chime Pro, and re-adding to no avail. Just looking for efficient, effective technical support within Australia. You have read to here.

yep, went through the different light codes when I was on phone to tech support. Most of the time it's just flashing green. When trying to connect to a wifi network, will go blue, yesterday when attempting, the right hand side white light went on, which indicates poor network, or too far away from router. However I had the chime pro less than a metre away from my router on my desk, while trying to connect, still no no avail...will connect to ring setup xx wifi (stating no internet), then just keeps circling white and goes no further.

UOk so this did the trick. I had to do a factory reset on my modem, rename everything back what I had them. Had to remove all Ring devices in my app, then add them one by one. Also note, that when it gets to the point of "show all networks" as it tries to connect, I had to add hidden network initially (even though mine wasn't), - key in my network name (when doing factory reset on modem had to make WPS enabled), - go down to where it says "advanced" and select it. then tick the WPS box, - only then it did ask for password, which I keyed in my networks password, then it started recognising my network and connecting. - Once the first device had connected to my network, the ring app kept the memory so I didn't have to add hidden network and passwords again. All I had to do was select the remembered network near the top of the screen and it automatically connected. What a pain in the @r53 though!

Hi @user_b9b529. When reconnecting your Chime Pro, what specific error are you running into? Are you noticing any specific light patterns on your Chime Pro during setup? This will indicate what the issue is.
