Not a full refund?
As soon as you helped yourself to £34.99 from my account I requested a refund and was given £32.07. Did you get anywhere with this? I’ve been charged £34.99 so I cancelled it and I never got my money back!

Speaking with an agent over the phone will allow them to review your refund request and consult with the necessary teams to get any questions about the refund process answered.
