Multiple owners at a location?

Hi, how can I let a shared user have the same ownership controls as the owner? They want to be able to change motion detection settings etc without having to ask me each time? Thanks. Or is it possible to change ownership to someone else?

Hi @user34074. At this time, there can only be one owner of a Ring device. Whoever originally set up the Ring device on their Ring account is the owner, and they're the one that can edit the motion settings. You can add someone else as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles), which will allow them to receive notifications and access the Live View on the shared device.
