Monitoring Center

I am very satisfied with the Ring alarm system and would like to sign up for the Monitoring option for the video storage and cellular backup. Is there anyway to do this but not have the monitoring agents call emergency services... in other words I would like to self monitor but it is critical for me to have cellular backup if my wifi goes offline.Thank you.
