Hello, I have recently purchased a Ring wired doorbell Pro2 to replace my Ring wired doorbell Pro,  expecting improved performance with the new motion detection features. Well, this is not the case. My old doorbell cam could detect motion well over 30ft, and the replacement barely covers 10ft at maximum sensitivity. I purchased the malbox sensor to help detect motion at the end of my dark driveway and trigger recordings from my floodlight and doorbell cams. The mailbox sensor specs indicate 15ft of motion range with 120° field of view. I have cars driving by well within range that never trigger an event. My question is when will Ring fix their software based motion detection issues or start issuing refunds for false claims of product abilities?
