Hi, im a shared user on a account and the location owner has left, how do i change my account to a location owner?

    User Solution

    Hi @user75551. The Owner of the Ring devices will need to remove them from their Ring account in the app, which will allow you to set those devices up under your Ring account. If you cannot contact the Owner, please review the information in this article for further steps on how to transfer ownership of the devices.
