It’s dark outside, porch light is on, why is my ring camera blacked out?

I just purchased my Ring today.  I am still new at this!  So, it’s dark outside, my porch light is on, but when I go to live my screen is fuzzy and blacked out.  Nothing is covering the camera.  What’s the problem?

Hi there, @Dementd! Even with a low light condition or dark environment, your Ring Camera should be adjusting to night vision, or at least be using the ambient lighting to provide a view of the area. If the video is blacked out completely or fuzzy, this might be an indication of wifi interference.
