Incomplete files and missing files in History downloads

I am trying to download a set of files at the edge of my available videos, I try to download the maximum of 50 files at a time, sometimes all the files are received and are mostly complete, but all to often I find less than 50 files or the files are just not complete. The video files will have the last part missing, If I re-attempt the down load a coupe of times I might eventually get the complete file but it is really hit and miss. Is this a known fault? the interface is clunky an seems to be designed to dissuade people from using it. I am using the web interface on a High Spec windows PC.

    Hi @user_ec7efb. Which web browser are you using? Can you share a screenshot or image of what the incomplete file looks like? Are there any events in the Event History that didn't record properly, and are not able to be viewed?

      I'm using Chrome, currently Version XX (Official Build) (64-bit). The problem cannot be shown in a screen shot. If I select 50 files to be downloaded I will often find less than 50 files in the archive. Occasionally even if all the files are there some of them are missing data so the last 20 or 30 seconds are not playable. If I attempt the download several times I do eventually get all the files intact but it is really hit and miss. I have also used firefox with the same issues.

      It looks like it is a poorly written automated script quote "Thanks for submitting this form and verifying the account. In the meantime, we'd like to know more regarding your experience in the Ring app. Do you happen to have an active VPN on your smartphone, or enabled on your smartphone?" I did not submit a form and I had already discussed the download problem several days ago, when I was told they were working on it.
