I can't get the 10% discount applied in the shop
Plan active, trial period complete and within the terms and conditions - assume account setting problem - but can’t find any contact option to speak to ring support - any help would be appreciated

I took out Protect Plus two days ago and want to purchase stick up cams and battery. Check out not showing 10% discount and can't be applied retrospectively. What are we all supposed to do??

I have had the same issue. Ended up resorting to chat and going through all the things I had tried. Eventually purchased whilst on chat and provided my order number and they refunded the 10 per cent a couple of days later. Tried to purchase some more stuff today but the discount is not showing again!!! This needs to be sorted, glad in a way that it is not just me with the issue!

I purchased a doorbell while signed in and on the Costco 12 month plan and don't see the 10% discount. I can't get ahold of sales/support. Any ideas on what the issue is?

We are now in July 2022 And this issue still occurs.. Straight after subscribing to Protect plus, I was able to place several online orders and the 10% discount showed up in my basket at check out straight away…now 2 months later , trying to add chime etc…the discount just won’t show! Tried Chat and phone calls to Ring support, but keep getting the same old answer: “Place the order and then apply for the 10% discount afterwards” I do not want to go through that hassle every time I place an order…,, I like to be able to see how much I have to pay incl. the discount, before I press Pay!, Unfortunately nobody seems to be able to just reset my account to fix this issue!! Shame on you Ring… Will it ever be fixed?? And if not WHY NOT..

May 9, 2024 and this problem still exists. I guess Ring doesn’t provide a 10% discount without a person jumping through hoops! WOW, unbelievable this problem is still around. Funny thing is, if I order through Amazon the discount is automatically applied.
