How to Remove Smoke Detector when it's lost

I'm trying to remove the First Alert Z-Wave Smoke Detector & Carbon Monoxide Alarm from my Ring system however I lost it awhile back moving. It's still stuck on my Ring app as "battery is low". How do I remove it completely? When I tap "remove" it gives me instructions on what to do, but it only involves the Smoke detector being present.
