Hi @sdickey. To clarify, you have a Chime Pro that is installed? The [Chime Pro](https://ring.com/products/chime-pro-gen2) can be unplugged from the power outlet it's plugged into. The original owners would have had to remove it from their Ring account in the Ring App, but as for uninstalling it you can unplug it. If you're not sure which Ring device you have, you can take a picture and share it here so I can see and help. :)
