Help with pre-owned Ring doorbell

I moved to a home with a ring doorbell. How do I take control of this door bell and adjust the settings? It is very loud and wakes up the baby when people ring the doorbell. Also, the previous owners shouldn't be able to access the camera because their wifi service has been replaced by mine, correct? Also, what services does the doorbell come with? I have attached a photo of the doorbell. Thank you, Family2022

This looks like a [Video Doorbell Pro](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-pro). To claim ownership of a previously owned Ring device, follow our [change of ownership](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038010351-I-Would-Like-to-Take-Over-Change-Ownership-of-Ring-Devices) process. This will indeed completely remove the previous owners from any access. As for the doorbell sound coming from the Ring device itself, this can be adjusted via the volume slider found in the Device Settings > General Settings area for your Doorbell Pro in the Ring app. :)
