Cloud ouotage, unable to view or save to Cloud?
When i go to history / timeline there is nothing there. Same on computer and the app via 2 seperate phones. seems there is an issue with the cloud saving, any one else having this issue?

same here. had a break in last night and trying to review historical video. Tried chat, they blamed it on VPN (?) even though my mobile app has the same issue (wifi or cellular). Then they said I need to call the phone number, and the automated system is stuck at 'trying to you someone who can help' - its been in a loop for the last 10 minutes.

UAt work today, we got alerts that Azure services were all offline. I'm guessing Ring is hosted there, and even though Azure services seem to be back online again, Ring had to recover something? Update: Looks like its AWS, and they have now updated https://status.ring.com/ to reflect the impact.

JHi neighbors. There was an outage that was affecting the Ring app, which you can see reported here, that since then has been resolved. If you are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
