Adding Protect Plus Plan from Costco when I have existing Protect Plan

Hello,I just paid for 1 year of Ring Protect Plus for my existing Ring devices (Ring Doorbell 1, flood light cameras) a few days ago, and today I bought the Ring Doorbell 2 from Costco which comes with 12 months of the Protect Plus plan.When and I install and activate the Ring Dorbell 2, will it extend my current Protect Plus plan for another 12 months? If not, can I cancel the Protect Plus plan I paid for a few days ago and use the 12 months Protect Plus Plan that came with my Ring Device from Costco first?
