Spotlight Camera Plus (Plug in)

I bought my Spotlight Camera in December 2024 and since then have been losing power to it on a regular basis. I have checked: the socket is working the fuse in the plug is working there is no damage to the cabling there is no damage to the camera itself Can anyone suggest what else I can try, and does anyone know of a feature I can enable to notify when the camera goes offline. TIA
