Warning if outdoor siren loses its hard wired power

I would like to receive an immediate notification if the outdoor siren loses its hard wired power - as this could be caused by someone cutting the wires in a sabotage attempt. As it stands, if I test this out by switching off the mains power, the siren seems to switch silently to a battery power source. No notification received.
